The Patient and Public Council was established as part of the governance arrangements of the CCG and exists to provide assurance and scrutiny in relation to the CCG’s plans. Membership includes Patient Participation Group (PPG) chairs from South Lincolnshire CCG member practices, who attend to represent the views of patients and the public, representatives from stakeholder groups and members of the public.
"We greatly value our PPG’s and their involvement in our Patient and Public Council provides an opportunity for us to work in partnership in the development of quality health services. In addition to our PPG’s we will be encouraging other groups and individual members of the public to attend so that Patients and Public are truly and meaningfully involved."
The purpose of the Patient and Public Council is to ensure the population served by the CCG have a voice in the planning and delivery of health services. View our Patient and Public Council Terms of Reference >>
