Liz Ball, Executive Nurse, Quality Lead & Caldicott Guardian

Liz has worked in the NHS for over 30 years. Before joining the CCG Liz worked as Deputy Chief Nurse for United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust where she completed a staffing review that resulted in investment of over 1 million into nurse staffing to ensure patients received level of care required for their needs.

In previous roles Liz has been responsible for the reviewing and designing services both in Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.

During her career Liz has lead on a number of initiatives that have improved patient safety and quality and remains passionate about supporting the development of the workforce to deliver care to patients with kindness, care and compassion

Dr Ian Wheatley, GP - Clinical Vice Chair

Ian qualified in 1990 and did much of his general practice training in and around Peterborough. He has been a full time partner at Hereward Group Practice in Bourne since 1996. Ian has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine.

Dr Naseer Khan, GP

I qualified in 2002. After working as a GP for more than 5 years in Cambridge, I relocated to Spalding to join the partnership at the Beechfield Medical Practice. I am passionate Generalist. I was regional lead of Cambridge city practices in addition to representing my own practice in Cambridge CCG. I am married with two children.

Sue Woolley, Lincoln County Council Representative (non voting)

Cllr Sue Woolley is the Executive Councillor for NHS Liaison & Community Engagement at Lincolnshire County Council. She is the Chairman of the Lincolnshire Health & Wellbeing Board and is a Member of the South CCG Governing Body. She is a Lead Member on the East Midlands Adult Social Care and Health Councillor Network and is a Company Member of Community Lincs. She is also the County Council’s official representative on the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership, is a Member of Her Majesty’s Prison Service Peterborough Independent Monitoring Board, and is a Trustee of Willoughby Gallery, Bourne Grammar School and Bourne Academy.
