South Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is the new NHS body which will be planning and buying health services for people in and around South Holland and Welland.
The organisation is made up of 15 GP practices, has an estimated 2013/14 budget of £200 million and will hold its first public meeting on Wednesday 17 April 2013 at 13:00 in the Welland Suite, Eventus, Sunderland Road, North Fields Industrial Estate, Market Deeping, PE6 8FD.
Gary Thompson, Accountable Officer for South West Lincolnshire CCG said:
The 1 April 2013 marks the start of a new NHS in South Lincolnshire. We shall be investing in health services for over 155,000 people living in our area and it’s our vision for the people of South Lincolnshire to live longer and healthier lives. Our first public meeting on 17 April 2013 is the first of our regular monthly meetings where members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the discussions.
