What’s in Your Mind?
A free event on mental health and wellbeing issues.
Arranged by Abbeyview Surgery with its Patient Participation Group, this interactive event offers patients the opportunity to learn more about common mental health & psychological issues and well-being affecting children and adults, such as Autism, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
Please come in to listen and learn from our specialist speakers that include Mental Health consultants and representatives from the counselling and crisis teams and allied services.
The event will be in two parts: the first will hear from experts in the field of children’s mental health issues and is designed for parents and carers. The second will cover adult mental health issues.
Each session will cover the subject of mental health, support and advice on self-support. The sessions will be inter-active with the chance to ask questions.
