Primary Care Co-commissioning is one of a series of changes set out in the NHS Five Year Forward View.
Co-commissioning is a key enabler in developing seamless, integrated out-of-hospital services based around the needs of local populations. It will also drive the development of new models of care such as multispecialty community providers and primary and acute care systems.
The South Lincolnshire CCG Primary Care Co-Commissioning Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis. The meeting is held in public and members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting. As part of the Primary Care Co-Commissioning Committees commitment to openness and accountability, members of the public are invited to attend the meeting. Anyone may ask a question relating to items on the agenda in advance of each meeting. Such questions will be responded to at the meeting.
